All purchases can be refunded and the buyer needs to request a refund to Thorne Studios within seven (7) Days after delivery.
The buyer is responsible for paying for the return shipping fees.
The return shipment has to be postmarked fourteen (14) days after receiving the product.
Items must be returned in their original, as shipped condition, with the original packaging and no signs of use. Once the product is returned and inspected by Thorne Studios, the Buyer will then be refunded the price of the purchased product. Note that based on the condition of the returned product, a 15% restocking fee might be charged at the discretion of Thorne Studios.
We will ship to Canada & USA by Canada Post. We offer a Standard Shipping option and Shipping with insurance option ($2.50/every $100).
We pack our products carefully, however Thorne Studios will not be held responsible for any damage that incurs after the package leaves our hands.
The Shipping with insurance option is highly recommended.
If optional insurance is purchased and a claim is submitted – we will do whatever we can to help – but if the claim is refused, Thorne Studios will not be held responsible.
